WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Secret Service agents with their weapons drawn detained a man on Thursday on the White House grounds between the fence surrounding the complex and the north entrance to the president's residence. The man was handcuffed by the agents and led away, according to a Reuters eyewitness. Secret Service spokesman Brian Marr said, "An individual black male came over the fence on Pennsylvania Ave. and was taken into custody by Secret Service uniform division officers and is currently being interviewed by agents from the service."
