Chief Moose is an incompetent race-hustling scumbag. He couldn't pronounce anything right and often misused words he couldn't understand. For example, during a press conference, he said I believe on more than one occasion "this is all very disconcerning." I have no idea how he became the Chief... well, yes I do.
