True, Bill Handel out here in LA (get podcast) just went through a 30 minute diatribe on why the president cannot say anything for or against him due to a defense law of how his comments might influence the jury.

He noted most will not like the speech due to the limitations on the president.

He did not mention what would happen being supportive of the killer.

I’m old enough to remember the kerfuffle when President Nixon pronounced the Mansons guilty while the trial was still going on. Nonetheless, the President of the United States should be talking about protecting the American people from terror - and taking steps to do it. Instead of doing what he is doing, which is nothing good.

That’s utter nonsense and excuses. President Bush didn’t hold back after 911. He called them by their proper name (evil) and then went out to kill them! This is what we get when we have a democrat/marxist administration. It’s a ‘law enforcement’ issue now...not a war on terror.
