I have no problem with the first part of O’s speech, talking of the lives that were lost. It was important to recognized them publicly for those who did not know them. And it was important to the families.
His second half was fine as well, just more general in nature.
However, the net effect of hearing him speak makes me think he is not candid as to what really happened at Fort Hood nor does he seem capable of enforcing his administration / DHS / FBI to stop similar events.
