BO is always late and genuinely doesn’t care if he’s late
Just stating facts — others can judge their relative importance
I imagine that with Obama - it doesn’t cross his mind that he his “late”. Time and Place only exist around him. Having to be “on time” for someone or something would place that other thing in a more dominate position than Obama.
In those White House specials President Bush and Laura always seemed to make a huge point about how they were just guests, and stewards for the “people’s house”. Not like Barack “don’t do donuts on my lawn” Obama.
