Just dawned on me .. I know Pres. George Bush
would dearly love to be there to honor the
military troops he so cherishes ... and he sure
is nearby .. but his respect for the office,
manners and class would keep him from taking
away any attention from the other guy.

President Bush is suppose to be there. It was reported here in Texas that he would be attending. If he is not there(and I’ve heard no mention today by the media that he is)..it can only be because Obama and Rahm asked him not to come.
You’re right STARWISE. He will weep again for soldiers lost in the war against terror, only this time, it was on a military base, and he knows the present CinC doesn’t really care.
He and Laura did go the night or night after of the shootings to visit with the wounded - reported that he spent a lot of time there
