The U.S. Homeland Security secretary says she is working to prevent a possible wave of anti-Muslim sentiment after the shootings at Fort Hood in Texas.
Janet Napolitano says her agency is working with groups across the United States to try to deflect any backlash against American Muslims following Thursday’s rampage by Army Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, a Muslim who reportedly expressed growing dismay over the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

I can guarantee you that if Obambi finally does provoke backlash, martial law will be far from adequate.
That's the dilemna. If Obama wants to protect this guy, then he has to declare this terrorism... otherwise the perp stays in the military justice system instead of Federal.
If he calls it terrorism to get the case moved to Federal courts, then Obama will be remembered (during his re-election campaign) as allowing terrorism on US soil in less than 1 year after Bush protected us all those years.

Maybe she’s subconsciously giving us all the heads-up to start stockpiling food and weapons.
