Bret Baier reported on Fox News reported today that Republican Congressman Jim Costa received $128 million in federal funding for a school in his district for his vote for the healthcare bill in Congress.
Federal money for education is unconstitutional, throw the bum out.

This is bribery, plain and simple. If Obama was involved, and there can be little doubt about that, it is an impeachable offense.
Costa is a Democrat from a socially conservative Central Valley district with a large Hispanic population; it’s vote was pretty much evenly split between President Bush and Kerry in 2004. We can beat him in 2010 with the right candidate.
