Id start from the other end...
Well that would blow the shit (out) of him.

Just give him a running start Jethro.....
To: DBlake
Nah, throw him in General population and let him get butt raped for the rest of his life. That’s far worse and at least the Liberals won’t complain about that.

If necessary should Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan be tortured? He should be tortured even if it is NOT necessary.

Maybe you forgot the last years episodes, Bauer would consider that ‘racial profiling’.

He doesn’t need to be tortured. We already know what we need to know to draw a conclusion that he shot over 40 people, and killed 13. I believe military criminals are still subject a firing squad for capital offenses.
Line him up against a wall, and have a volunteer firing squad, limited to the first 500 soldiers have at it.

He’ll probably say he was already tortured because infidels prevented him getting lap dances from his 72 virgins by saving his life.

Execution - Yes! Torture - NoHow about sensory deprivation immersed in warm water until he talks? No pain. No torture. All we need is the information.

I don’t think they should have given him free medical care. This is a case where there were numerous eye witnesses, he isn’t a suspect, he’s guilty, they should have driven very slowly to the hospital.

Even the talk of torturing an American citizen is repugnant. He just needs to be put in front of a firing squad the same way we should treat any citizen who commits treason.I am sure you think that is more humane.....

Tortured - No.
Waterboarded - Yes.
To: DBlake
does it count as torture if it is just part of a really long execution process?
To: DBlake
No. The whole purpose of this poll is to embolden the knuckle-draggers so the left can point and paint the whole of the right with the idiot brush.

The fact is torture is illegal in the U.S. so the question is silly. That's why 0ba-Mao has kept Rendition. It can still be done in Egypt.

Torture? For what purpose? Sounds to me like the investigators are finding out a lot of incriminating stuff on the major.
The problem is that the Media & the government are going to try to persuade us that this isn’t terrorism whatever facts they uncover. They’ve all got too much invested in PC-nonsense.
