It was a cute joke.

As a rule, the atheists among us believe in the descended from monkeys as a release from feeling guilt for things they may have done, harmful things done to others, and they desperately want to abdicate any responsibility and deny the judge.

Still, the joke was really cute.

ok count me in as a “fellow” atheist. for me i don´t feel “guilty” for nothing. i would only feel guilty for things i have done. and since i have not done “really” bad things in my life (at least i can sleep while knowing what i have done) why should i see it diferent?
