Does not seem to make much of a difference which court will have jurisdiction. The leftists control both. The convicted murderer, Sgt Akbar, who murdered fellow servicemen by a grenade attack in the Kuwaiti desert in 2003 is still awaiting his punishment. Here it is 2009 and his death sentence has not been carried out and probably never will be.
