This man has a point. We don’t want to repeat the mistakes of the past. However, I do think that professing “Muslim” members of the military need to be watched more closely. For two reasons....to look for signs of betrayal to the U.S. and to ensure they aren’t the targets of persecution.

This was a total screw up from the Army and the FBI...Gen Casey should be apologzing to the country, not giving us a lecture. what kind of an Army is he running that this can happen???
Hassan TOLD everyone who he was for months and months, this would not be ‘profiling”..You don’t need to profile when someone comes up to you and in large public venues says, “Hey I think what the Jhihadis are doing is noble!” They ask me at the airport if I left my bag laying around, but Gen Casey’s Brass can’t corrale a flaming Terrorist who tells you he IS!??
We still need loyal Muslims, translators, cultural info, etc. There would be NO problem with a Muslim soldier IF the Asssshats had just done something about this Self Professed Radical!
