Treating it as a normal military criminal matter will guarantee that Obama won't have to lift a pinky until after the 2012 elections. Be lucky to have the trial by then, let alone the appeals and so forth. After 2012, Zero will either be out, or he will be free to pardon Hasan or at least commute his sentence.
