From Telegraph.uk article:
Maybe Mr Obama had been reading the American press, much of which somehow contrived to present the atrocity as a result of combat stress due to soldiers going on repeated war deployments (though Major Nadal Hasan had not been on any) and therefore, no doubt, Mr Bush's fault.

Typical response from the "Man-child"

There was a clinical psychologist on CNN (of all places) last night that said the idea that this guy was suffering from PTSD was ridiculous. He explained that you can't get PTSD - IN ANY WAY - from reading about a tragic event, or talking about a tragic event or listening to thousands of men tell stories about tragic events. It's impossible.

Then, the anchor - some moron named Lemon - asked about the possibility that Hasan was suffering from second-tier PTSD. The psychologist immediately discounted the idea of such a disorder, and said such a diagnosis would be controversial, at best.

He then went on to criticize the Army and wondered aloud how the Army could place this guy on a base like Ft. Hood, and in a position to counsel anyone, let alone combat veterans who may really need sound advice.
