How is it tyranny? The people of each state and district elected the representatives who voted for or against this bill. The same people can vote them out next November if they are outraged. Our system still works. Remember, the other side hated Bush and the GOP Congress and voted them out.Oh my God!!!!! A sane reaction....let me clutch my pearls. lol

It is tyranny when our elected officials choose to ignore the fundamental freedoms that the USA was based upon. Forced healthcare and corporate "bailouts" are the rule of the majority, rather than the rule of law. This "democracy" is mob-ruled; yes, the "Representatives" that passed such awful legislation are elected, and there are more supporters than not, but that is no excuse for infringing on our "certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness."
No other citizen has a right to demand from me any of my time, talents or wealth without providing an equivalent or agreed-upon compensation. Anything that I choose to give is charity. Anything forcibly taken from me is tyranny.
