Trying to convince the so-called Blue Dogs to vote our way was probably a waste of time (?), and although I took part in several Tea Parties, both at home and in DC, I'm not sure how effective those were as well. What do we do now?
This isn’t the end, just round one.
In the House it was well known to any person with reason that they are going to pass the bill as the socialists have 258 seats there and they only needed 218 Also and most importantly there is no cloture vote in the House but a simple majority would pass any bill there.So yesterday vote in the House was very much predicted but was meaningless.
We need to unite all patriotic Americans:black,white,Christian,Jew,Democrat,Republican,Libertarian,independents,management,unions,young,old,pro-choice,free-choice...everyone who loves the Constitution and American traditional values. We do not become a third party unless we are bigger than Dems & Pubs combined because we need their infrastructure, money, data bases, etc. Then we decide among ourselves the issues and the candidates to win and throw the corrupt ones out for good.
