I’m betting that they are counting on many to stop paying their taxes in protest.
Where the hell are all the Republicans demanding that the media report the FACT that the DemocRats are cutting Medicare???
Remember when the DemocRats were squealing 24/7 and on every channel and newspaper front page and accusing Republicans of trying to kill the elderly by cutting medicare? Well, they lied (as usual). It wasn’t a cut, it was just less of an increase than the commies wanted. But that didn’t matter. It was open season on Reps...and a propaganda campaign showing old people having to eat cat food so they could afford their medical care because of the evil Republicans.
Why aren’t Republicans screaming from the rafters about DemocRats trying to kill the elderly with REAL cuts to Medicare? I have yet to see it. Why???

I may be over the hill, but I can pull a trigger as good as the next patriot. Going to the range this next week, in fact. Need to vent some ‘tension’.
Any drive like that will have to be planned. A date set. The commies will know. They’ll declare a national holiday or golf day or something and manage not to be there.

Uh...I would advise everyone strongly to not do ANYthing re: not paying your taxes right now. Don’t give them an excuse to make an example of you. It won’t hurt them that much anyway. For one thing, they’ve got over 600 billion to play with or use as they see fit (remember the stimulus?). Plus, they can print as much cash as they want to.

As much as I would have loved to support that previously, I now know better. These commies are counting on it. Some may even be salivating at the thought of imprisoning Christian, middle-class conservatives.

We need to unite all patriotic Americans:black,white,Christian,Jew,Democrat,Republican,Libertarian,independents,management,unions,young,old,pro-choice,free-choice...everyone who loves the Constitution and American traditional values. We do not become a third party unless we are bigger than Dems & Pubs combined because we need their infrastructure, money, data bases, etc. Then we decide among ourselves the issues and the candidates to win and throw the corrupt ones out for good.

I am in no way favoring third parties. That's the last thing we do... remember how Ross Perot gave us 8 years of Klintoon? The Republican party needs to return to its conservative roots.

The TPM has done some good, no doubt about that. But more, much more is needed.
Do you think a more appropriate symbolic message needs to be sent to the tyrants in DC. Instead of the symbol of dumping tea, how about shredding 1040’s. I don’t even think that threat would phase them. They’ve got the stimulus billions and they can just print more.

Didn't say the Republic WAS dead, but only that it would be dead if this bill becomes law. Again I state, this bill fundamentally changes the relationship between the people and the governing class.
Flooding each and every photo op with people carrying a thousand or more signs saying “Democrats Cutting Medicare and Starving and Killing Seniors” would be nice. Payback’s a &itch, after all. And in this case, this time, it isn’t a lie.
