Is it just me or does he have a certain hypnotic inflection to the way he speaks?
He doesn’t even sound American....
His speech sounds Brit with some other, ME dialect pattern, on top of that. My first guess is raised in England and further schooled elsewhere. Middle Eastern madras or terror camp. But dollars to donuts he’s a Brit.
