As long as we buy into egalitarianism & multiculturalism there is absolutely no difference between Smith, Hasan, Valdez or the Man in the Moon. We are in all ways and in all situations equal. The Marxist have won the minds in this battle and all “conservatives” can do is tilt at windmills. Animal Farm is here.
i must re-post the answer i got from advance_copy, and my reply
For someone who does not care about history, you know a lot of it. You ask the question:
History is witness to the stupidity of Chamberlain, yes. But at what cost?
You and I both know the answer, far too high a price will be paid. Still, history is on our side. In the words of Churchill:
“Never give in. Never give in. Never, never, never, never—in nothing, great or small, large or petty—never give in, except to convictions of honor and good sense. Never yield to force. Never yield to the apparently overwhelming might of the enemy.”
— Winston Churchill, 10/29/41
and my reply:
i yield
i do care about history
you proved it
and
the last quote in you post is a good reminder
