He apparantly stopped RSVP'ing in February 2009 to go to those in D.C., and also stopped showing up from then, so I assume he has been off their list sense then. That committee of which he was more or less an observer also did not last beyond April as I understand. One thing is for sure, they would be FOOLS to still have him on their list of attendees/participants.

What is more important is did they sanitize their documents over the weekend by deleting e mails or faxes to and from him, anything else which showed his connection to their group? That would be a most embarrassing connection in the world of K Street/Eye Street wonk-gossip.
