Um, what do you think about the argument that Pelosi wouldn't even bring it up for a vote if she didn't have the numbers?

On the other hand, looking at the whip count, there are 33 or 34 confirmed nos now, with at least 20 "undecided" or leaning. I don't see how she gets there. She has to get 13/20 or 14/20??
