Why make him a martyr? Let him sit their in the embassy, stewing in his own juice. It is 20 days until the election. If the Micheletti government can hold out for less than three weeks, they are home free, and he is still stuck in the embassy. If he leaves it, they arrest him. They put him in prison. He has made himself a non-person.

He will not be a martyr. Most Hondurans want either out of the country and do not care about him and in custody. My Grand Uncle would have him and his family on the first flight to Havana.
