Blue Coat Systems is currently headquartered in Sunnyvale, Ca. It is in the heart of Silicon Valley. There isn;t much silicon left there. The high cost of doing business in Silicon Valley is no longer the competition for the skilled labor force, it is the ever increasing tax burden on the business directly and on each of the employees indirectly, that makes India more attractive.

more jobs lost in Silicon Valley
