I heard the end of this Michael Smerconish interview this morning on the way to work. He fell all over her. It was kind of pathetic.

I mean if you go back over 11 years, I still think my percentages have to be in the 90-95 percent ranges.
Well, yeah, if you include all of the votes to support Johnny Appleseed Day, and all those other unanimous type votes that make up a good part of a legislative session.
Ask her why Daily Kos supported her? Hmmm?
Oh, and while District 23 has been Republican over 100 years, the area now called District 23 was completely different. The areas and numbers changed repeatedly, so it is a meaningless factoid.

I have every intention of staying in the Republican Party. This is my party, too. ,
Is Bill Owens in her party? (Crickets)
Also, I love how Smerconish grills Dede about what Rahm and Patrick Gaspard promised her to get her to endorse Owens--NOT.

Somehow I think I would have believed her arguments better if she hadn’s endorsed a democrat in her district.

"When I look at the Republican Party of Lincoln and I look back at eight principles of being a Republican, I think I pretty much identify with each one of those principles." Then why did you endorse the Democrat?
