He only says what is written for him, that is his comfort zone. Unless he’s acknowledging other liberals, then he shows emotion.
Coming up with a comment on his own that is emotional is not his style and he doesn’t do it well.
I don’t think he has genuine emotions in the way most people understand them. More and more it feels like he really does not like white people and is settling a score.
