Alex Jones, 911 truther and IMHO ( a little “off”) is claiming that Hasan was a “Patsy”, a fall guy, not the killer and the real killers were got away. A link posted on that site claims that GWBush did this to “STEAL” chinese currency boxes and this shooting was a diversion.

Good Grief. I was researching the shooter on pipl.com and this was one of the pages linked. I didn’t know what “PrisonPlanet” was and unfortunately clicked on the link.

Alex Jones, IMHO, looked and acted like an arse and nutty himself at the Democrat Convention when he was screaming, “Kill Michelle Malkin” and was following her around. (Pajamas Media taped this).

He was just too sensitive.

I submit many Muslims are just too sensitive, and are suffering victims because of it.

Best to put them down, rather than allow further suffering.

"The emotion of compassion is incompatible with radical Islam. "

I think that's right. You can't murder your own daughter for being raped, or beat her for learning to read, or stone her to death for walking around with her head uncovered, and then claim that you are religion of compassion. It's just not a logical conclusion to draw.

suspected of gunning down 13 and wounding 30 at the Fort Hood

Suspected? Suspected? Give me a break. He DID it.

If I heard right, this guy was in the military for twelve years. And by the way, there isn’t a draft. So at some point, didn’t it occur to him to get out? How long would he have enlisted for? Wouldn’t the easiest way to get out have been not to enlist?

So the antidote to “Compassion Fatigue” is to go murder those that you have “compassion” for? What a nutty, dangerous claim.

I can’t imagine that the media thinks Americans (most) will buy that tripe.

Oh, that is such BS that my head is about to explode.

Freeper popataz contacted the FBI yesterday as soon as he saw the ROP perp's photo. He says the Ft. Hood jihadi has been to his civilian shooting range multiple times in the past. Read more posted by popataz, about the jihadi's range time HERE.

This bastard wasn't suffering from "Compassion Fatigue". His rampage was a focused, well-planned, long-trained-for, and lethal jihadist strike against the US Army.

String the bastard up.

BULLDADA.

Psychiatrists as a profession are messed up people. They often have their OWN analysts to unload on.

Like OJ, who, if guilty of anything, was guilty of loving his wife "too much," this poor soul just cared too much about the plight of those he counseled.

If only he'd taken a little more time to attend to his own emotional needs...

I'm glad someone else remembers Eric Hoffer. It was one of the privileges of my youth to read his columns in the Pittsburgh Press. I got more of a philosophical education from him than from any other source!!

Your post reflects my sincerest prayer — that those in military command (however they may be forced to muzzle their public comments) will not succumb to this silliness. Compassion Fatigue may, in fact, be a new term, but the the old school terminology for this same phenomena is a “hardened conscience”. The new secular term takes away all of the personal responsibility the old school term encompasses which tends to lead those without a properly formed conscience to be “guilted” into giving the individual a pass. In other words, DON'T FALL FOR THE BRAVO SIERRA. It is an imitation of the true virtue.

Compassion for the victims of evil freaks may cause an eruption of violence against the Politically Correct liberals who defend the lunacy that causes this craziness. How would the foolish leftists excuse that?

Maybe we should all huddle together and give this mass-murderer jihadist a nice virtual group hug. Poor poor widdle baby.

‘Compassion Fatigue’

I know lots of RNs who have burned out - compassion fatigue. None of them, not one has ever picked up a handgun, walked into a medical facility and shot 40+ people.

This really ticks me off. My daughter-in-law is an RN in a pediatric oncology unit. Periodically, the work gets her down, but she works her way through it and goes back to caring for those kids. It really burns me that MSM would compare Hasan to the men and women like my daughter-in-law.

It didn't have anything to do with his emotional needs...he was indoctrinated to do what he did. Come on people...stop looking into the forest and missing the trees. Is this really that difficult? This was a 40 year old man...not a baby.
