I’m still trying to wrap my mind around this - how a man even with two sidearms could shoot this many people- many of them being combat soldiers- without being rushed and taken down.

We’ll hear more eyewitness accounts within a few days so eventually it may make sense.

As far as conspiracies go- don’t count on a bunch of grunts being willing to sign on to something like that. If there WERE two shooters it will come out.

Regardless- the CO of the medical unit has a lot to answer for..

It’s called “getting the drop” on your target.
And the results can be horrific if your target is:
a. unarmed
b. at a distance
c. unable to approach you...especially while you are putting another
clip in your pistol and racking in the first round.

IF, as I heard this evening, the Muslim-shrink started his act
of religional devotion by shooting out a window in the office building
he worked in...
into a MASS of soldiers assembled in the open just outside the building...
the shooter has a great advantage.

At least for a short time, none of the soldiers can shoot back
(don’t have a weapon, not even a knife) and can’t rush him when it’s
time to slap in a new magazine.
Plus, cunning B@$TARD that he is, he probably shot around the the crowd
in a circle...hearding at least some part of the crowd by panic
making it more like the proverbial “shooting fish in a barrel”.

It’s a horrid image.
But this SOB spent days, maybe weeks or months working this out in
his demented little brain.

He “seen his chances and he took ‘em”.
And the poor unarmed soldiers were powerless to stop the carnage.

IMHO.
