Read today that the officer that did the shooting was injured herself. 43 were already hit, I suppose the AP were prefer that it were 100.

I dont see this as an attempt to blame the police. It is possible in the confusion that some were hit with friendly fire. It does happen.
43 people were shot by one man with two hand guns. Per the story at least one victim was shot twice. There were probably others shot more than once, but, that is just speculation.
We do know that 43 humans were shot with atleast 44 hits. How does one man do this with two handguns in a room with so much combat experience? Element of surprise? Maybe. He had help, friendly fire....Maybe, maybe.
We will know soon enough.
