Obama's Frightening Insensitivity Following Shooting
nbc CHICAGO ^ | 11/6/09 | Robert George

(SNIP)

But instead of a somber chief executive offering reassuring words and expressions of sympathy and compassion, viewers saw a wildly disconnected and, inappropriately light president making introductory remarks. At the event, a Tribal Nations Conference hosted by the Department of Interior's Bureau of Indian affairs, the president thanked various staffers and offered a "shout-out" to "Dr. Joe Medicine Crow -- that Congressional Medal of Honor winner." Three minutes in, the president spoke about the shooting, in measured and appropriate terms. Who is advising him?

“He’s a muslim sympathizer plain and simple.”

...who takes great pride in reciting (in perfect Arabic) the Shahadah - an affimation of Islamic faith.

Helloooooo---TOTUS!!!!?!?!?!
Exactly, but what staffer(s) is responsible for programing zero's brain? My guess it is not just the president that didn't get the gravity of this event but also his staff who have never served in the military, and don't get it. Remember the Clinton's using military personnel to serve canopies at White House Functions? My guess is this group doesn't know the difference between a marine and a solider.

Do you think he may be concerned that the Doctor is not dead? Dead men don’t talk.

PINO: “President In Name Only”

What a pathetic excuse for a human being.

Obama is loathsome and has worn out his con-game for a majority of voters.

like Bush spending 7 minutes at the school after hearing about the 9/11 Incident

Which was the wisest thing he could have done: sit tight while the information comes in, and let the Secret Service make sure that the terrorists' plan did not include a hit team waiting outside the school with a smuggled RPG-7.

George W. Bush, with Laura and the Army Chief of Staff in tow would be at Fort Hood today to honor the slain, console the wounded, comfort the kinfolks, and show solidarity with the First Cav.

“Hasan is the murderer and villain here, not Obama.”

Well, yes. However Obama is a defender of Muslims, he's made that perfectly clear. And his nonchalance yesterday stems from that. And THAT is what makes him a villain, Defending the sworn enemies of America.

Right. Bush should have jumped to his feet, screamed “outta my way, kids!” and ran to the nearest phone booth to change into his cape.

If you think this is at all comparable to Bush’s handling of the news of the 9/11 attacks, you’re a moron.

And Stalin murdered five to six orders of magnitude more victims then Hasan did. What's your point? Besides you, no one compared the misdeeds of Hasan and the President to each other. The issue is not the relitive evil 'tween the two - what most reasonable people are concerned about is that a person so (pick all that apply)

clueless
insensitive
narcissistic
evil
stupid

is at the controls when the lives of so many our brave men & women need leadership.

... we can’t forget this quote from Obama’s book Audacity of Hope p. 261

“I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.”

Carefully watching him speak on the video about the incident it looks very much like he is repeating words spoken in his ear, not like he is reading off a teleprompter. Watch the video again and notice how he pauses as if he is waiting to hear each phrase. I think there is a device that can be hidden in his ear so they can feed him the words they him to say.

I think he could have handled it better and less awkwardly, but I'm not going to read the man's mind and say he doesn't have the proper regard for our murdered soldiers.

Pure spin. We don't have to read the guy's mind- that what his words are for. They show exactly what is going on in his mind. You don't have to be a rocket scientist, or look to your media or washington handlers, to figure it out.

His words, which came out of his mind, show a shocking focus on himself and his image; and a complete and utter lack of disregard for the soldiers who had just been gunned down in cold blood in a horrible act of treason.

Domestic Islamic Terrorist did what Domestic Terrorist Bill Ayers could not: committ murder and mayhem at an Army Post.

Wonder if Ayers feels like such a loser.

Switching to my serious side:

This is why Bill Ayers, Bernadine Dorhn and all of Obama’s other friends from the Weather Underground are a big deal. How can anyone that dismissed the Ayers connection condemn Major “Allah Akabar” Hasan? Hasan succeeded where Ayers failed.
They are cut from the same effin cloth. WE are the enemy.

(I know. I'm preaching to the choir.)

Did I just hear Obama was going to speak from the WH?

>like Bush spending 7 minutes at the school after hearing about the 9/11 Incident<

I never thought that was so awful.

He probably didn’t want to explain what was going on and panic or upset the children.

I always felt like that was the reason why he stayed.

To me this was more of a conscious insult that he plans, sort of like giving patriots the finger.

I think he deliberately slapped us in the face yesterday, (again).

He does this on purpose, he hates us, he hates America.
