The press is placing a lot of confidence in a radio report from his cousin stating he always was Muslim, grew up in the US, went to high school here, then Virginia Tech and then Med school, then Army for 6 years till now.
But he’s 39 years old.
The image painted is of a sharp 30 year old immigrant with a missing 9 years since high school for him to be 39.

Now they are saying he was Enlisted solider before going to Virginia Tech? VT ROTC is saying they have no record of him according to the Roanoke Times. There is a timing problem to this story.
His Virginia Medical credentials records show him as having graduated med school in 2003, completed his residency in 2007, and his fellowship in 2009.
So he graduated med school at 33, which seems awfully old. What was he doing in his 20's?

Even if there are “abnormalities” in his background, I doubt if it will ever officially see the light of day. Everyone will be in deep CYA mode. That being said, I hope someone investigates Hasan thoroughly before everything is scrubbed.
