No kidding about that PC. I've been in for over 30 years and it is getting harder and harder to reprimand someone for wrong doing. Promotions are handed out to everyone who can do the PT and finish their required schools. Then can be doing horrible jobs.

We saw one guy get promoted to E-7 and he had a hard time reading anything. He had no clue where he was on a road, if he did not see his "landmarks" to turn. That is NO joke. He got lost in a convoy.
