You are welcome. I was not as clear as I should have been. Rothstein had sent out emails asking which countries did not have extradition treaties to USA and Israel(?) in emails. I know one African country does not but the response he got was Morocco.
So he leases a G5 Gulfstream to fly to freaking Morrocco. i.e. he was leaving the USA and was not coming back. I guess he changed his mind for some reason.
Probably just making the proper connections and laying the groundwork.
