DANG HE IS STILL ALIVE. CRAP, NOW WE WILL HAVE TO TAKE CARE OF HIM FOR THE REST OF HIS STINKING LIFE.

He'll be tried by Court Martial, likely right at Ft. Hood. His life will not be long, and will end with the Needle.

Unless of course The One, commutes the sentence or even pardon's him. In which case....

He was disciplined for preaching Islam to his patients, more than once.

If so, then I want to know why he wasn't disciplined right of the armed forces. And why these incidents weren't also referred to the medical board for action against his medical license.

I’m not concluding that he was traumatized by severely injured patients he was dealing with for the past 6 years, just suggesting it as a possibility (or a possible *factor*, not the whole cause).

I was acquainted with a neurologist a few years ago, who was working at a VA hospital with a lot of patients with massive brain injuries, and he was clearly losing it. And he was way past the residency/fellowship stage of his career, so was working a lot shorter hours than residents, with time to get a proper amount of sleep. He was clearly losing his psychological bearings, and if he’d had a cultural/family heritage of Islam, he’d have been a very promising target for conversion by jihadist types.

Cut me a break. The men at Ft. Hood were my brothers.

Brothers and Sisters my FRiend.

One of the sisters put the rabid beast down, after being hit herself. But the guy somehow survived 4 or 5 hits, although he is in a coma and on a ventilator. Heard (unconfirmed on WBAP of Dallas) that he's also paralyzed.

Heard on CNN (The Wolf) that the Jihadi used a locally purchased FN 5.7.
(From Guns Galore! Never been there, go past it all the time, in fact I went past it last night after the shootings)
Probably punched holes in multiple people with many of the shots. Possibly accounting for the large number of wounded, and the reported "through both legs" hit on Police Sgt. Munley.

Because he was taken down by a woman soldier? (flame away)

He was not taken down by a soldier at all. Rather by woman civilian police sergeant. She hit him 4 or 5 times, in spite of being hit herself. I'm sure she carried the same sidearm that the men cops carry, and the gun doesn't care who's pulling the trigger.

On the up side, if he lives, he'll attend his trial in wheel chair, perhaps strapped into it, along with his colostomy bag. 4 rounds, especially if hollow points like most police use, will really tear up a creatures interior plumbing.

OMG, I just about hurled when I just thought, yes, he's still alive, and now we'll have to put up with his multimillion dollar victim, PTSD, 'he was harassed', not competent to stand trial defense. And yes, then the topper will be Obama pardons him. . . Just breathe deeply. . We'll get through this. . But wait, if it's a Military trial. . but then will Holder somehow transfer it to a Civilian Court? Military has to 'recuse' itself? . .

From your lips to God's ear, assuming the DOD has the balls to resist attempts by the DOJ to interfere with justice in this case.
