It sounds like it is over, one shooter, the other two suspects’ involvement unclear, the shooter is a soldier as are the suspects. shooter had two handguns. He is dead. Killed 12 wounded 30.

...make that 3 American soldiers from what I’m hearing. That just doesn’t make sense. This had to be a coordinated attack.
