I think it would be foolish, given the history and the evidence, to NOT presume this is jihad.

Prayers for all members of our military on every base in this country. I think (though I don't know for a fact), that they automatically go on alert when something like this happens.

Having all US bases on alert would seem to be the prudent thing to do, until more details are known.
