I may have given you inaccurate information. I heard on TV that Dr. Hasan was moved to a hospital in San Antonio --- because the San Antonio office of the FBI has juridiction over this case.

SO... maybe he will be tried in a federal court, a CIVIL trial in Texas.

Frankly, my own prediction is that if he ever awakens from his coma, and is not severely brain damaged, that he will be declared psychiatrically unfit to stand trial and will live out his life as some VERY nice maximum security hospital which has all imaginable immenities.

Well he woke up this weekend. Who knows what will happen to this guy. Unfortunately the taxpayers will be stuck his this d-bags medical bill.
