That was my first thought. If this is ROP, they don’t like to do things one off - they like coordination.
That’s why I hate to see police and fire gear
and uniforms, anti-toxin suits and military uniforms
and fatigues in thrift and Army/Navy stores.

Sure...you can buy them anywhere. What really angers me is that airline pilot uniforms, hats and all... can be purchased on ebay. And, after having worked for the airlines, ID cards are a joke. Can be duplicated or created.
