A friend of mine that lives in Texas had it and she had her doctor test to confirm that it was H1N1 because her daughter is pregnant(high risk) and had been exposed. It was indeed H1N1. What was odd was the person who had been sick and she thought she got it from turned out to be negative for H1NI, so who knows where she got it. They told her it can live on paper for up to 48 hours(such as mail)which is rather odd.
I’ve been spraying Lysol in my mailbox.
How are you doing now? Was it bad? Everyone that I know that has had CONFIRMED H1N1 said it was horrible. Days of high fever, pain so bad they could barely get out of bed.

I’m one of the few that hasn’t had prolonged fever. But the body aches have been horrible, like I had been beaten with a bat. Really felt it in my shoulder/elbow/hip joints. Its as though my entire body is one big, throbbing bruise. And the shortness of breath is crazy. Get tired just going up 7 stairs. Any physical activity and I break out in a sweat. Of course, right now, I’m freezing my butt off with a sweatshirt, sweatpants and heavy socks on. And the headaches... they are the worst part.
