Unbelievable. Congress is encouraging foreign nationals to build housing for foreign aliens. Its bad enough Mexico encourages their citizens (the lame ones) to cross into the US, but this encourages it further by building them housing!!!!!!
Technically, it is to build health-care related facilities.
But given Congress’ corruption and ineptitude, what are the odds that housing will slip into the mix?
