This bill is dead. There’s no way the Senate will pass cap and trade in an election year. Same goes with ObamaCare. We need to keep the delay games going. If it gets pushed to the next congress, they have to start all over.

I do not mean to sound "nasty", but please explain what makes you so sure or confident these evil marxists won't pass this? Also, I think they know this is their only chance before blue dogs jump ship.... i think they'll try to pass it ANY way they can... even illegally. Do you think I am wrong?
