I’d go with Obamanoid or Obamabot. The connotation is that they aren’t really doing any independent thinking of their own, they just get their marching orders from a cerntral propaganda ‘brain’.

I’d go with Obamanoid or Obamabot. How about Obamorrhoid - because, besides the characteristics that you already mentioned, they're frequently a Pain in the a$$...
