Bummer. Thousands of votes remain uncounted, and Im not even talking disenfranchised soldiers. It never occured to Al Franken to concede. He hung in there until the last votes were counted (and recounted and recounted) and now he's a US Senator. NEVER, EVER conceed defeat...

One of the problems with absentee ballots not yet counted is that many Republicans probably voted for Dede as she was the Rep. nominee at the time...But he gave a good fight and its the Republic Party that screwed the pooch on this one....There is always the next election and hopefully the idiots that run the party take notice.. Lets just smile and keep on keeping on. Its not over unless everyone quits...
