I was listening to a young woman on YouTube defending homosexuality. Sometimes its is informative to hear what proponents of homosexuality think or reason about things. Christian ethical teachings play no part in her defense of homosexuality. What some would call duty-based morality. Her view was that anything that occurs in nature is natural. Since homosexuality occurs in nature, it must be natural. She obviously does not believe that there is a purpose or order to creation. I would contend that something natural means that there divine purpose within creation. If you look at human sexual reproduction, you can see a natural “fit” so to speak, between a male and female.
