He’s definitely back on his downward spiral. Then he goes on Letterman and Oprah and The View etc and brings it up. Or he manufactures a crisis. The current one is the SWine flu.

I see him freefalling.

Next week or the week after he’ll announce the Afghan pull out plan.

You’ll see an upward tick... and then come Christmas he’s down again.
