Well, yes and no.

YES, its shipped in pre packaged.

NO, its not shipped in frozen.

Fresh meat is shipped fresh. If its frozen at the store, thats the way its received. If its NOT frozen at the store, again, thats the way its received, with the exception of some sausage which is shipped frozen to maintain its freshness.

We hate their meat, and don't even look anymore. It's priced higher than any of the local chain grocers, and is labeled as water-added, utility grade (what's now called 'select').

The adjacent Sam's Club, however, has their own butcher staff and sells Choice....very good stuff.
