Suffice to say that number's added TO all other governmental operating expenses composed of prOOOOOgrAAAAms, military et al ad nauseum and makes a mighty big number equaling *our* debt.
Our government borrows next year's budget estimate, correct? Not unlike any large or small business gets a line of credit?
IF it is correct, from whom would our government loan such an enormous amount of dough plus interest?
Just wondering. ;^)
Remember that NONE of the benefits kick in til 4-5 years hence.
Til that happens, anything that moves is taxed.
