To: Jim Robinson

Both Carvile and Begala have sent out emails this week featuring Gov. Palin. They have chosen to make this a showdown between who is more powerful Palin or 0bama. What are they going to do and say when Hoffman wins, send out an email declaring that Palin has defeated 0bama? I hope they are that stupid.

No, then they’ll just downplay it as a fluke, having nothing whatever to do with Palin, Tea-Parties, town hall protesters, or anything whatever. All politics are local, except when Q-Ball’s side wins, at which time it’s proof of some national trend.

Hoo-wee! That’s one Cajun-style logical leap.
