Yup. Dodd AND the rest of the CT Congressional Delegation. Which is all Democrats.

Dodd and DeLauro have enough pull in the Senate and House to stop this sort of thing. Not that it's even going to be raised. The person raising the issue is a moron who doesn't understand the concept of 1.) political power and 2.) political collateral damage.
