We aren’t rich but we left California in September after 19 years. It simply became inhospitable to people who want to enjoy the fruits of their labor, whatever ‘class’ they are in.

How was CA “inhospitable” to you? Just curious.

I have had a small business for the last 25 years with 8 to 10 employees and while I’m not rich, I am comfortable enough. I don’t like a lot of the laws, the tax rate, etc., but there has been nothing coming from the state that would make me want to leave.
