It's over his paygrade - shows he has NO executive experience NOR love for our military and country.
Besides all that, it's a NO BRAINER! If our military wants 40,000 - give them 50,000 yesterday!
With everything that is going on w/his stamp on it - NOTHING gets me more than his DELIBERATE refusal to help our military along w/his ROE that makes them sitting ducks!

We are wondering if he is deliberately leaving our soldiers to die. His aims might be to tear the hearts out of patriotic Americans, to cause pain and misery in the families he despises, and to create diversion from his headlong charge to socialism. The demoralization of the military is an extra added benefit.
